Business Consultant (Inside Sales) – Full Time

Rightlook.com seeks a motivated, hard-working self-starter to join its sales team as a Business Consultant. This key position will consult with clients and prospects to help determine their business needs, and present Rightlook.com products and services to help meet those needs. Business consultants are responsible for pursuing new sales leads as well as developing our existing customer base to increase repeat sales and encourage customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain a high level of knowledge about the auto appearance industry and the products and services offered by Rightlook.com
• Work with Rightlook.com clients and prospects to assess the needs of their business and advise them on products and services to meet their needs
• Develop existing customer base through outbound follow-up calls
• Develop and increase repeat sales from existing customers
• Solicit repeat sales from past customers
• Contact customers who purchase from the Rightlook.com online store to confirm orders and offer up-sell and cross-sell options
• Meet or exceed sales goals
• Attend weekly sales meetings

Sills, Requirements & Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a sales and/or customer service position required
• Excellent phone skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good computer skills (experience with Word and Excel required, experience with ACT! and Power Point is a plus)
• High energy, driven to succeed, results-oriented
• Able to handle a dynamic and changing work environment
• High school diploma is required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree is not required, but will set you above other candidates
• Previous experience and/or interest in the auto appearance industry will set you above other candidates
