Important Notes Regarding International Orders

Freight charges quoted from the online shopping cart are subject to change for international destinations. Better shipping options are often available for international destinations, and a Rightlook.com representative will contact you with shipping quotes and carrier options. International orders can be placed online or by phone, fax, email or live chat. A Rightlook.com representative will provide you with options and prices for international shipping, and assist you with completing your order.

Any order shipping to an international destination must be paid with bank wire transfer or a check or money order drawn on a US bank. Orders paid with bank wire transfers are subject to a nominal bank wire fee. Credit cards are not accepted for orders shipping outside of the US and Canada.

Please allow additional time for international orders to be processed. Delays in transporting goods often occur due to customs clearance or other circumstances beyond the control of Rightlook.com. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we cannot be responsible for delays in transportation, customs clearance, etc.

The customer is wholly responsible for payment of all duties and taxes, which are typically charged on the receiving end of a shipment. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs department of each country and vary depending on the value of goods shipped. Rightlook.com is not able to provide customers with an estimate of duties and taxes that may be incurred.

When placing an international order, please specify if you have special product requirements for international use. (i.e. PAL video tapes, 240 volt equipment, etc.) Some products are not available in 240 volt models and may not be suitable for use in all countries.
